I feel like there's never any communication between site runners and users. Something ridiculous will happen and there will be dead silence. The only people who ever post on these forums are users. They want us to work our own problems out ourselves, they make it super hard to find the tech support number, and when you call them it's just someone from India who has no clue what's happening.
What the hell are we supposed to do?
