Hello eBay Fam,
I have an offer on the table that I want to accept. It would be my largest sale thus far on eBay as a new seller. However, when I click accept/submit, I keep receiving the same error code (500054). This has been happening for 6 hours, and I am worried I will run out of time to accept as the offer was made last night. I have enough quantity to support the order in the system (31 available/20 ordered). I have no pending issues, no negative reviews, no returns pending, the buyer appears to be top notch with well over 3K positive reviews. I have searched everywhere to try to find any sort of error with my account but have had no luck.
Any ideas on this, or is there an eBay error code reference page/guide available? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am new to selling on eBay, so getting orders early on has been tough. Even tougher to get a review. Please help eBay fam. I would love to move my largest sale yet on eBay!
Thanks in advance,
AstralCloud

I have two suggestions that I am going to attempt prior to this solution. I think this might be the best route to go, but hopeful I can avoid it. I really appreciate the tip. If this doesn't work, I don't know what will lol. Again, thanks so much for the help!!!

I am going with aeparts suggestion. I do have quite a few in auction. I am brand new to eBay, so was hoping those would assist with early sales/reviews for the account as I started selling earlier this month.
I really appreciate all the help. Thanks again.

This has nothing to do with quantity or discounts because Im having the same issue accepting a counter-offer and neither of those exist. Opening the review offer in a new tab just results in a page full of html text.
