USPS tracking not linking to ebay

I have brought packages to post office and have them scanned on time.  I do have receipt showing the scan and they are not showing up in eBay.  This is bringing my score down.  This has been happening with all my packages since April 21st.  Does anyone have suggestions as what is going on or having the same difficulty.

This is one of the services the Post Office is no longer supporting reliably due to budget and staffing issues. You will need to add the tracking numbers manually to eBay to get credit for shipping on time. Have you considered using eBay, Stamps.com, or another vendor for your postage? They will all automatically report to eBay for you and you also don't have to stand in line at the Post Office any more.

Where are you buying your labels? (ebay or over the counter at Post Office or??)

Do the packages show up and track normally on USPS and not eBay?  I've  had this.  It can affect your seller status.  Not good.  there is a break somewhere in the link that needs to be addressed.
