Hi @aswegrow2 @bulldogunit . SCAN forms are working now. I haven't seen other reports so this may have been a very short-lived error.

If you can't access those forms generated during the error window you may need to do without one for today. Thankfully it's fixed so hopefully it'll be smooth sailing tomorrow.
