I am trying to ship a package but ebay doesn't take me to the page to pay for shipping and print my labels.  Instead I am at the page "

Anyone having this problem?  I've printed earlier in the day but not since the last 3-4 hours

You had a UPS option on your listing that the buyer selected.  Do not change to USPS without asking your buyer.

But you should check with your buyer before you do that. Some buyers have very strong preferences regarding carriers. Some must use a PO Box for USPS deliveries.
