When are you going to admit you're being hacked???? Everyone knows it. No one works there anymore that could pull of this kind've **bleep**.
Look at the screen prints. One of my favorite customers. He has usually 750 lsitings. 1st page shows me 8 items. His store shows me 1296 with every written in Russian.
It's getting out and you can't stop it. Time to fess up before it really brings it all down like a house of cards.

On my watched items page, the condition of items has been showing up in German on and off for a month or so. Too bad I only speak English, Japanese and French.....

What concerns me the most is why only 8 listings showed up. I'm pretty sure I know. He refused to go with the free returns and lost his top rated status. Guess he's paying the price now. 😞

I had several costumers in Russia, the solution is ask their adress in English language.

eBay.com makes the website available in several different languages. I believe that Spanish ,Portuguese and Russian are available. If you are seeing the website in Cyrillic alphabet, the chances are you have stumbled onto the Russian version of the website.
For example, here is a link to a Russian Help page. If you navigate from this link, you may be able to see more help pages in Russian. Or, it may kick you back to the English version depending on your IP address.
https://pages.ebay.com/ru/help/buy/language.html
If you land on a translated web page by accident, you can get back to English by editing the URL and removing the part that says <... ru/ ... > .
The translated website is supposed to be shown to members who log in with an IP address from a country that uses one of the available languages, mostly in South America or Russia. But sometimes I land on a translated webpage from a google search.

I am suspicious EBay has been hacked again by Russians. Paying for something from a legitimate Ebay address.\, the verification came from a Russian Ebay address. Logged out of brower, logged into Ebay; purchase was made. What is going on here folks? All addresses were legitmate and normal except for two during the actual transaction. I ain't buying nothing more from Ebay until this is explained.
