I signed in to the ebay.de and I proceeded as a visitor to buy an item. It was not possible. Then I signed up and I proceeded to the purchase. I finished the procedure and I received a thank you message that my order was placed and would be delivered between 11-22 0f January. However I didn't see yet any charge in my card, yet (one week already). I sent a message to the seller to check the matter from his side. Then suddenly I received a message from ebay that they receive my request to CLOSE my account something that I didn't do. In this message was asking me how I want them to contact me. I chose phone but received another message that there was a problem and they could not proceed with the call. any attempt I do to contact either ebay.de or the seller is blocked from, as I believe, on the fact that the account is closed.
