FEED BACK Link is broken I am unable to leave feedback for buyers. Custom or Canned. Trying every hour for the past 6 hours. anyone else?

Are you certain your feedback to buyers isn't automatically generated? Automated Feedback 

I have automated feedback set but to give feedback when I receive it. But just to see if your issue is wide spread I gave feedback to 5 buyers just now, with no issues.

I don't know. It's not the top link for sure. It is NEW DESIGN Page, New Layout with a very small square box at top left corner. I also noticed a new design and layout on my seller hub landing page. just whish for once they would STOP screwing with things.
