Trying to send Offer to Watchers ends the item(s) instead

I've contacted CS repeatedly and they have no idea why this happens.

When trying to send Offer to Watchers, both checking the box to the left of the individual title OR the box to mark all eligible listings sends the listings to the END LISTING , and even hitting the CANCEL button does not work, they end immediately.

It does not happen every time, but often enough to make the feature useless.

The only option to send offers that does NOT have this glitch  is the one where all eligible listings have the same discount, and that does not work for me,

Is this issue browser-dependent?

In other words, does the same thing happen if you try another browser?

I saw your recent comment in another thread about having problems searching comps, and I am wondering if this might be related to that.
