Trying to list a single item and I keep getting an error message

I try list an item. Click on Sell, than click on singe item, and I get this error message:

Hmmm...can’t reach this page

Refresh the page

I try to refresh page, nothing happens, I click on details, nothing comes up. Have been trying for almost two hours, periodically. Anyone else having this problem? Is the system down?

don't know if that is where you are having trouble or not (worked fine for me). If it works bookmark that link for future use
