As title says, online it stated "9 minutes waiting time estimated" So ehat happened ?? As I'm still on hold listening to the music "you will be mine" for the last 2 hours & 38 minutes !!! Currently still waiting..........................

When you called, the computer asked you if you had the PIN. If you entered it, hold times become significantly less. If you don't have one, or used a phone number that was not assigned to you, that can cause delays.
I'd grab another phone (maybe your cell) and call the number supplied to you and the PIN. You get these by clicking on the HELP & CONTACT link found at the bottom of the page.

System never asked for a pin & my phone number is assigned to my account. Just been cut off saying they are closed, please call during our normal working hours

Are you calling the UK number, or the US number?
I noticed the following note on the UK contact page:
"If you're trying to contact us by phone or chat, the wait time may be longer than usual. We're working hard to get to your call and apologise for the delay."
