"Access Denied" errors when trying to check out or pay usually indicate some sort of network error.

If you are using a VPN, try disabling it. If you are using a browser add-on like "Disconnect", try disabling or changing settings, or try another browser.

If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.

Try paying using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network WiFi.

Having the same problem, how did you fix it?

Same thing happening for me. I am trying to purchase a return label and I get "access denied" - This happened before and then after I called eBay, they sent customer a label and gave me a defect for not handling the return myself.

Does anyone know how to get past the "access denied" page?
