Trying to Leaving Feedback

For the past few days I have noticed that the "left feedback" icon is not showing up. Now this morning, I am trying to leave feedback and I keep getting a message that my feedback cannot be left, close the window and try again. I have tried 7 times to leave feedback for my buyer. Anyone else having this problem in the past few days? Thanks for your input.

Others are having similar issues lately. It seems the feedback is being left, but the icon is not updating correctly to show that.

Yes, I tried leaving feedback for 10 items and it keeps showing that I haven't but when I try again it says I have. (even thought the feedack needed and leave feedback show otherwise)

Odd.....
