Trouble printing shipping label

I cannot print shipping label from windows 10 or from iPhone with current ios updates.  Karen

I use Firefox ESR and it is tweaked. Usually works fine. Today I had to use a Vanilla or new profile to see the shipping label.

I printed 2 labels on a win 10 laptop using edge today. What browser are you using?
