Trojan malware on ebay

The problem is still there and nothing has been done to fix it.

I was browsing the seller's page info and when I clicked on the deliveries prices link, there it was! It infected my computer. How can this happen on ebay? Should something nasty happen with my data, I'll sue it!

This day and age you really need good anti virus / malware no matter what you do as a lot will come through as ad content. MacAfee Live Safe works really good plus it is real time.

You're stating the obvious. Besides, this isn't the case of an ad pop-up leading to malware, but rather of an ebay seller's  information page linking directly to Trojan. Very devious, irrespective of the level of protection one may have.
