Exclusions to PO boxes have been added to all of my listings without my consent. Furthermore there is no option to remove it or change it.
When going to the exclusion page there is no box checked to exclude PO boxes, it is already unchecked but still it says I do not ship to PO boxes.
eBay says they're working on it. But no estimated time before it's resolved. They said just keep checking back every day.
Many customers have PO boxes to prevent mail theft. This is very frustrating for me. It's been 3 days now and still nothing has changed.
