Traffic and visibility of listings ended on April 20.

So, thank you for the apologize #eBay. But the problems are not resolved. After the end of April, all my listings went from page 1-2-3 to page 20-50-75 and for some listings I can't find them with "keywrods" anymore. The result of that was dropping more than 70% of sales..

EBay apologizes that's all I can get out of these dummies my sales have fallen off the cliff I am so sick of it I would love to open a lawsuit against eBay

Same situation here.  Sales April 1 - May 1 $20K, May 1 - June 1 $7K, June 1 - July 1 $5K and appears July 1 - Aug 1 will be even less.  This is a first in the history of my account and is obviously the doing of eBay and their changes.  I'll soon be out of eBay business if all keep going in this direction.  I've brought all listings up to par with the changes (proper heading, key works, 30 day free returns), created promotions, started promoting on all available social medial and nothing works.  Cant even create a sale for 14 days after you list an item now.  Yes, I'm gettin views, but way less and my overall traffic is down.  I've very discouraged.

Another thing from a buyers level...  I had 2 customers in the past 24 hours contact me on another website and say "I saw your item on eBay and then found you here..  I'd rather buy it here than on eBay."  Never had that before.  Maybe buyers aren't liking the changes either.

Thanks to you and others for voicing these things. I've been thinking i'm paranoid about weird algorithms and such for some time now, but now I see i'm not imagining it. This all has also directly affected my income and my livihood. Its time the sellers get compensated, not things like take our ability away to negative a crazy buyer. I encourage everyone to explore selling on other websites as I am. Hit eBay in THEIR wallet.

I agree Pigeon, Mine Started April 24th.. I am lucky to make 1 sale a month now. Although i had 3 sales this week, 2 in one day and one later that night.......  I can't find most of my listing when searching myself....
