Top Rated Sellers losing discounts due to Ebay tech issues

Coming up on my 20th anniversary on ebay and not a happy seller.  Thanks to their plethora of technical issus of late sales are down, traffic is abyssmal and now the cherry on top is my new invoice shows that I only get a Top Rated discount on one sale. Because it was figured during their glitch that showed no tracking uploaded on time. 

Ebay needs to fix this, they worry so much about our customers, well we are their Customers and we deserve much better service then we are getting.

Same thing happened to me. I called support and they told me it was just a small glitch and not a big deal. "It doesnt effect you" and yet....sales have tanked, ranking dropped and this small glitch is getting annoying

Exactly, almost wondering IF someone on the Ebay team is actually working for them or against them. Either way, Ebay sellers are the ones losing.

I did not get ANY of my top rated discount. Getting really tired of this. And to top it off, sales have dropped drasticly
