Took 24 hours for listing to show up on site

Better a day late than never but I got one new listing to finally to show up on site.

I lose a day off of a 7 day auction, but hey it's Ebay.

At the bottom of the listing form above the list item button and also in the eBay User Agreement (also referenced at bottom of listing form) https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/member-behaviour-policies/user-agreement?id=4259#6.%20Listing%20C...

"Your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours (up to 24 hours in some circumstances), so eBay can't guarantee exact listing durations."

So how is this a technical issue?
