Today I have sold an item not listed by mysf

I have already changed my password but today I woke up with 2 emails saying I have had sold an item of which I have never had interest or put in for sale to start I have never sold anything on ebay.

This got me scared. So I have canceled this transaction and I dont even know to which card or account this money is going into if it will be normally fixed. But this has never happened to me before.

And so.. I requested ebay to call me to understand this problem.. and I am still waiting.

@darkevilpt  There have been a lot of reports for months now of eBay accounts being compromised/hijacked and used for fraudulent selling.

I see you are in Europe, so unfortunately I don't know the best way for you to get to the appropriate customer service team for a hacked account.

I would suggest trying to get through to eBay on their social media support pages.  That seems to be where most people are having the best luck actually getting an answer.

There should be a contact number available through a link at the bottom of the page specifically for account security issues.

If that number is not reachable from your location, you might try contacting eBay through social media.
