2a. eBay Support rep cannot understand issue; dismisses issue.
2b. eBay Support rep doesn't accurately document issue; higher-up eBay Support rep doesn't report issue to tech team.
2c. eBay Support rep understands and accurately documents issue; higher-up eBay Support rep cannot understand issue; dismisses issue.
3. eBay member calls eBay Support to report issue again; is told there are no existing reports of the issue.
4. Process repeats.
5. eBay doesn't understand that such process is possible; concludes there are no issues and all is good.
(6. Duh...)
Please fix.
