Tiny image issue

Why do our photo’s appear extremely small when clicking on the double arrows on the item page? This appears to be a very recent issue. For example eBay item number:235941958546
Our images are at least 1500 picas across.
Thank you

Re: Tiny image issue

When viewing that listing on a desktop, clicking on the image in your second picture produces a magnified version of the image.

Re: Tiny image issue

On my desktop the second image is very tiny and of low quality. When an item is listed it looks fine but a few minutes later it gets resized.

And if you click on it?

Seems to be ok on the desktop but not on my iPad.

Re: Tiny image issue

I definitely see the problem on many of your newer listings. When I magnify the zoom and open the image in a new tab you can see actual dims are only 500x270.

Can you upload the original image here so we can look at the specs?

Re: Tiny image issue

My screenshot was from classic web on a laptop. Try uploading the image again - don't delete the first one, just upload another copy and save and let's see what happens.

Is there anything different about your process, like you usually use your desktop but this time used your iPad - anything like that?

Re: Tiny image issue

I have tried uploading the images again and at first it looks fine then “eBay” resizes it within minutes. We always use SixBit software.

Re: Tiny image issue

Ah, that info is important when diagnosing tech issues that aren't widespread. I'd contact SixBit customer service as this could be an issue on their end, or with the eBay API.

In the meantime, at least for the auction format, you may consider uploading the image direct through eBay.
