I am wondering if anyone else has noticed that the thumbnail pictures are cut off. I first noticed this happening on my phone app. The images on my computer seem fine. I checked 4 different phones with the same result so I thought there must be something wrong with the app only. Of course I called the useless customer service and received the same useless response ( I don't know why I keep calling) I have scrolled through Ebay and see the issue is not just my items- it is everyone's items and it seems to be random and once you click on the item you can see it fine, but if you are shopping by pictures, I would bet you wouldn't stop or click on half an image. My friend also has an account and while at her home yesterday she showed me on her computer the images are cut off. SO I guess the problem is not the app but EBAY! Is anyone else experiencing this issue? And if so have you been able to fix it?
