Using both edge and chrome I can load your stores page with no issues. I have had this issue happen after managing my store and changing either the categories, pictures, or layout. Usually it only persists for about 5 mins till eBays servers update. When this happened did you recently make any changes to your store? what browser and device were you using to view it?

I think he's talking about the Free listing glitch that showed up Tues nite and is now gone (Wed 6 a.m eastern).  Many of us got 16,500 total free listings in 5/6 individual free offers, but no way to activate and did not subtract from any totals when a listing was submitted.........

No -- I actually checked the OP's store link on their feedback and item pages, and it did lead to a page with an error message. I thought that it might be related to an old store template issue, but I was not sure. Shortly after that I saw 3eyedfishcatcher's response and checked again, and the store was loading fine at that point, so it looks like it was a temporary store management issue -- unless the OP did not make any changes prior to that error.

Sorry I wasn't clear.........and I admit I didn't understand what he was posting, but this is what I was referring to:

The OP was apparently having two separate issues that happened to coincide -- the store was (temporarily) inaccessible, and the 10,000 listings message glitch that many others experienced.

It does not appear that the two issues are related, though the OP cannot be faulted for thinking they might be at the time. I was focused on the error message in the title of the post and skipped over the 10,000 items portion of the message that you picked up on.

I used Chrome, Opera and Safari, Mac and PC I could not access my store for good 4 hours, I don't have free listings, I have an Anchor store, so that was not an issue. So, please spare me, and for once admit that Ebay has problems.

I must have missed the message in this thread where someone claimed eBay had no problems.
