For almost a month I have been communicating with ebay Customer Service about this error and no one has been able to help, fix or resolve the matter.

My address is showing in China and because of this error, I cannot sell.

EBay has said they would call me back, they have not.  They have said they would pass this on to IT, and nothing.  I have sent screen shots of the issue, nothing.  I need help.

After 20+ years, i am very disappointed.

If you registered your account in the wrong country there will be no way to fix that.

I don't have any suggestions on how to fix the registration on your current account. Probably the easiest thing to do is to start a new account.  You will lose the feedback on the other account but at least it will show your correct location.

Was this a sudden change that just happened in the last year out of the blue? This account was started in 1999.
