There is no guideline in how to making the error statement about seller not shipping to my area.

Very disappointed that no one knows how to remove this glitch . It is really hindering me from being able to buy from a seller. I told that about a seller about it. I don’t know or not if it will ever get removed if she accepts my offer the second time. I have no choice but to just leave it alone for now. Cancel the order won’t solve the issue.,

A message that a seller does not ship to your area could be the result of several different possible things:

The seller may not ship to your shipping address location.

The seller may ship to your location, but may not have set up shipping options correctly.

The seller may not be able to ship to your actual location, even if the seller does ship to your shipping address, particularly if you are using a freight forwarding address. This can be because the seller chooses not to ship to certain countries or locations, or because laws or regulations prevent import or export.

If you are in the US, and there are laws about shipping some items to certain locations, but you are using a VPN, hotspot or Starlink network that makes it difficult for eBay to determine your actual location, eBay may block the purchase or payment.

How do you know it's a glitch? Sellers are able to determine where they want to ship.  

I see you are registered in the US.  Where is the seller located that doesn't appear to ship to your location? 

Maybe there is some other issue.
