The view of my listings has changed and I need to change it back but don't know how. Can You help?

You may be talking about being forced into Seller Hub. This is happening to more sellers nowadays. Try this,

Links to the rest of the selling pages are under "Selling" haeding on the left side of the page. Better bookmark it. Don't know how long this will be available as eBay seems bound and determined to migrate everybody to Seller Hub.
