The thumbnails in the search results are not consistent to the listing pictures.
I catch this problem occasionally when I run into the listing with wrong thumbnail.
It was a customer today who found it and asked me a question whether the thumbnail is right of the pictures in the listing.

I tried eBay help while ago with no result - ended up relisting the item.
Right now there is no live help due to COVID-19
