impossible to upload photos....i made photos  of ID document resolution is like 6000x2900 pixels , everything its readable its crystal clear and still getting this message.

A couple of thoughts.

1. If this photo had to be resized to a higher resolution, that made it unreadable by the Ebay software. You cannot resize upward with out a loss of clarity.

2. If this document has safety features, they may not be evident in this view, you may need to rotate the document 90 degrees when copying the image.
