You create the entire listing, Go to the bottom. Click on "List It" and nothing happens. The button wont click.
Also try the "Save for later" button and that wont work. The preview button is only one working. You have to close the browser. Reopen and go to ebay. Go to drafts where ebay auto saved. Open it and everything is gone except picture. You have to rewrite everything, go to the bottom but this time the button works. Alot of wasted time recreating everything to make a listing. Ebay has known about this for a while. A. They dont care to fix it or B. there programmers are incapable of fixing. I would say B. They are costing sellers alot of money and time. Customer service just keeps filing a report and saying someone will respond to you via email. But that never happens. They jsut tell you anything to get off the phone. This is truly sad on ebays part.

I have been having the same issue for 3 months now using Firefox. Brave Browser works but I like to use Firefox. Ebay keeps changing things and screwing things up per usual. Takes them forever to fix anything. Firefox is on of the most popular browsers and you can't sell on ebay with it now apparently!

Start over with a new broswer is not the answer.
Without closing your original browser, open another browser. Verify that you can successfully list in that browser. If that works, then copy the original listing fields from the original browser into the corresponding listing form fields in the new browser.
That should be much quicker than "starting over".

I have never had an issue listing in Edge or Chrome but NOW I DO. For weeks now I have the same issues as you are having. List It button does not work. I can save a draft, put some information in, does not save. I type it in again and it will not save or list the item. I have used the feedback option and mentioned to ebay that if they fixed this issue they could make more money and so could we! People on time restraints are bailing from eBay because they cannot list anything. Browser type does not matter. Clearing cache does not help. All the suggestions are useless. This needs to be fixed. If an ebay employee cannot fix it then they need to hire someone who can....now.

Chrome does NOT WORK.

Chrome does NOT WORK.
This two-year-old thread involved a very specific issue -- which has since been addressed -- where some sellers were having problems with certain drafts. Switching to another browser was a workaround in that specific instance, and it may be a useful diagnostic tool, but that will not necessarily deal with every possible issue you might encounter while listing or saving a draft.
Rather than tacking on to an old thread, you might try starting a new thread, either here on the Technical Issues board or on the Selling board. It may help if you describe exactly how the problem first came about, what browsers you have tried and steps you have already taken to diagnose the issue.
Compared to posting here, a post on the Selling board has the advantage of being seen by a much larger number of sellers, some of whom may have encountered the same issue and may be able to provide suggestions or workarounds aside from trying another browser, trying a private or incognito browser window, or trying another device to list.

I did that. Does hat mean this issue has been existing for years?
