On April 29 2024 (04/29/2029) at 2:40:16 PM EST, I received a email inviting me to "share your opinion about your recent eBay Money Back Guarantee interaction", following a link to a survey. On the very bottom of the email the following was included in the HTML footer:
Please do not “Reply” to this invitation.
This email was sent to you [MEMBER_LOGIN_NAME] because your Communication Preferences indicate that you are willing to receive eBay surveys. If you would prefer not to receive future surveys you may change this in My eBay > Account > Communication Preferences > Promotions and Surveys and un-check the top box.

It appears that the emailing script did not properly replace the [MEMBER_LOGIN_NAME] variable with the member login name.
This also appears to be true for the "text/plain" alternate document type.
