The problem with posting pictures in new listing

I am a seller. In last week I have a problem with Ebay site in computer - I cant post more than 8 pictures in new listings. Ebay site doesn't want to open 12 windows for new pictures like usually. but I still can do it in my cellphone using apps. it's a big trouble for me. may someone have same problem? it started about 7 days ago and I can't fix it.

Most likely the page is too wide in whatever browser you are using (usually Chrome has that problem), and the other 4 picture slots are offscreen.

Try zooming the page out using CTRL - (ctrl key plus minus key) on your keyboard, or in Firefox the View>Zoom>Zoom Out menu option is available.

Don't forget to restore the zoom when done (CTRL 0 or via menu)
