Once again I am unable to create or change a template.  I see from other threads that this has been a consistent problem since last year.

Is anyone at ebay going to look into this?  Maybe it's about time that the person in charge of templates gets a refresher course in customer service.

There was a problem saving templates in November, which was corrected quickly.

 

A similar problem seems to have started in February, which is ongoing.

 

Try using the New Listing Tool, if that is an option for you. Some users indicate that works to save templates.

I've tried saving a template 3 different ways: from within a new listing, as an action from an existing item on the listing page (arrow next to Edit), and from the Listing Templates page. None are working for me. I am glad to hear this is a new issue rather than the same one left unsolved since November, so perhaps it will be resolved shortly.

I reported this issue over 10 days ago, and spoke to eBay again yesterday. All they say is that the problem has been reported and is still with the tech team. They are aware of it but sadly seem unwilling, or unable to fix it. Very frustrating!!

I REPORTED THE PROBLEM TO EBAY ALREADY 3 WEEKS AGO (IMPOSSIBLE TO CREATE OR MODIFY A TEMPLATE)!!! VERY VERY FRUSTRATING!!! AND I PAY FOR A STORE. WE SHOULD START A CLASS ACTION AGAINST EBAY. IT IS UNEXCEPTABLE.

This is still ongoing. Ebay has not fixed this and it keeps happening. I cannot either save nor create new templates for weeks now. This has occured many times over the years.

This is not a Provider or computer issue.

I have called and called and called and called and called about this.

A minor fix and they cannot get this done.
