Cannot list or save template.....spinning wheel and lose my listing data...

I am unable to list or save partially completed listings as I get the spinning wheel that spins forever and all of my data and pictures dissapear.  Come on Ebay how long is this going to go on?  Are you prorating refunds for the weeks on "down listing" time we have paid for with our annual subscription?

What browser are you using? Is it the most recent version?

Do you have the same issue if you use a different browser? Or an incognito or private browser window?

Are you able to create a new listing using "sell similar"?

I have the same exact problem whether I use Firefox or Safari, and on two different computers.

I've been having the same issue. Unable to edit, create new and/or similar templates...spinning wheel. I did contact ebay and there is a ticket in to correct this bug. Hopefully resolved soon.

Try saving a template using the New Listing Tool, if that is an option for you.

Same here.  Constant spinning wheel.  Both on Chrome and FireFox.

I know how you feel and it still has not been fixed. This same thing happened with shopgoodwill, they gave ticket number but nothing was never fixed so I left after being a customer for 8 years and now ebay! What is going on?
