How can I solve my problem if no one answer me?

On august, 30, I bought these iten:

"UVZ1E472MHD condensatore elettrolitico THT 4700uF 25V" - 10 pieces

Seller: telstoreit (40982)

Order number: 05-05653-75768

Paid: EUR 40,13

 

I never received either the products or the refund.

I never got any answer from the seller and I also can't get support from eBay.

Is this how eBay works? Really?

I see you are registered in Portugal.

 

Did you purchase that item on ebay.com, or another country's site? eBay refunds must be pursued on the same site that the purchase was made on.

 

Did the seller provide a tracking number? Did tracking show delivery? Did you request a refund from the seller, or through eBay? Was a refund issued?

 

In the US, eBay has a money back guarantee that allows buyers pursue a claim up to thirty days after the last estimated shipping date. Other sites may have different terms.

 

After that date has passed, you may still be able to pursue a claim through PayPal (if you used PayPal) or through your payment method. PayPal and many credit cards allow buyers to make a claim up to 180 days after a purchase.

Hello,

I appreciate your help and your concern.

I don't have much experience on this issues, but I'm going to explain what happened.

I order on august, 30 and as I didn't receive my package I opened a request for refunding on october.

My order was 10 pieces of  "UVZ1E472MHD condensatore elettrolitico THT 4700uF 25V", total EUR 44,59.

When I complained about it, the seller made a refund of one piece EUR 4,46, that I didn't receive either. I sent him several messages all without answer, as well I tried to contact eBay support, but it seams like impossible. I can't understand why it is so difficult.

I already try to reply these message 4 or 5 times but it doesn't accept. 

purchases on ebay.com covered with the policy money back guarantee. How can eBay guarantee money back if they are unavailable to attend my contact?

I'm really sad about that and I will not use eBay again.

eBay Money Back Guarantee is good for  30 days.  It's been over 120 days. 

 

You're given a delivery date in the listing. You have 30 days from the delivery date to file a claim.  If you missed the 30 day deadline you will need to file a dispute with PayPal if you paid that way, or file a chargeback with your cc company.  

 

Why did you wait so long to seek a refund?

There are several layers of protection, but you must actually use them before the time expires to get a refund.

 

In order to take advantage of eBay's Money Back Guarantee, you must start your case within 30 days of the last estimated delivery date, and then ask eBay to step in before the time expires if the seller does not help you.

Thank tou for your concern.

I thought that contacting the seller he would solve the problem, but he didn't.

I looked for eBay support, but I was enable to get it.

I also became ill and it has been very difficult to recover.

Only when things go wrong we can see how they really work. That's how it works!

For me that is enough. I don't want to think about this anymore...
