Hello. For several days now I have not been able to write a request to technical support. I choose the subject of the request, I click to contact us, but it returns me back to the original technical support page. Is it like this for everyone now, or just for me?

Currently eBay cannot be called directly; for users in the US and Canada eBay has a "Have us call you" option, but eBay is unlikely to return a call from the Russian Federation.
