I have been trying for 3 days now to verify my bank account to sell my items and every time I try I get the same message saying its a problem on Ebays side. I have multiple bids on my items and want to be able to receive payments.

As a new seller you should, even when your bank account is verified, expect that you will not receive any payment for at least 30 days after delivery of your items.
Ebay usually waits the longest time permitted under the user agreement.

Here are some common issues
- The email and phone number listed here must be marked "verified": https://accountsettings.ebay.com/profile
- Your Bank Account name MUST -exactly- match your eBay Account Name. First Middle Last
- Your Bank Account MUST be a Checking Account.
- If you have a Business Checking Account, your eBay Account must be a "Business” type.
- Your profile address must be a street address. (Your shipping address can be different)
- From my own personal experience, please check the banking information on a computer not on the app.
- Micro deposit amounts not verified.
Repeat: Make sure that your Checking Account name is the same as your eBay Account. IE John Q Smyth is not the same as John Smyth or John Quentin Smythe
Repeat: It must be a Checking account, not a Savings, Cash Management, Debit, or Prepaid account.
(If your Checking Account is Business, your eBay Account must be business)
There are two ways to link most major bank accounts.
One way is the "log in" method, the other is by microdeposits.
✓ Has eBay sent you Microdeposits? That is a 2 step process. Once you get them, you have to go back to eBay to confirm the amounts.
If it still isn't verified,
✓ Call your Bank or Credit Union:
- Confirm your account is a "checking account" (if it is not, open a checking account)
- Ask if your account is "Business" Checking or "Personal" Checking
- Ask for the exact name on your account
- Ask if they have a special ACH routing number for e-commerce; <<===
- Ask them to enable e-commerce on your account; and
- Confirm your account can accept tiny deposits.
