I purchased a power steering pump (item #: 116809251756) on 11/3/2025. It was delivered just recently. I need to return it. It is unopened and in the original shipping package the item was received in. However, when I go to my account to initiate a return, the item is not listed in my prev purchases and also when I click on the email that I received upon the item getting delivered, it says "something went wrong, please try again later. Reload" but nothing has changed when I make additional attempts. I need assistance because the item is NOT in my purchase history so therefore I am unable to select "return this item" because the item is not listed. I need assist as soon as possible. This simple return is taking up too much time.
