Technical Problems again......anyone else?

Been having technical issues for a week now, when listing on my iPad after putting the title in up comes the " Its not you its us" banner, now trying to log into this forum to reply to amy@ebay who was enquiring if this is still continuing, I keep getting stuck in a loop saying to agree to grant application access to ebay community, which I keep doing and It doesn't work and to just add icing to the cake, sales have dropped off a cliff since the start of these issues and the best match for items I can see are all in America..... and I would prefer to buy from the UK at the moment as I live in the UK, this is supposed to be a fairly busy time with the run up to Christmas and although last year was an exceptional year for online sales I would have thought sales would have been fairly good mid November. Anyone else having problems or as I said on my first post that I cannot reply on, Is it just me?
