Technical Issues not being acknowledged

Why are none. of the techinical issues being acknowledged?

I think the mods aren't official eBay employees. I also think eBay tries to appear as hands-off as possible because they can then feign ignorance of most/all issues reported and discussed; if eBay were genuinely interested in discovering and correcting issues then they'd be VERY involved here. Obviously they aren't; case closed.

Our account got put on hold too, even though it said past due was $0.00, I kept calling and just getting reps overseas, talked to one for an hour and got nowhere, she was claiming there was a balance due.  The next day I checked the invoice page through Help & Contact and it said that the amount due wasn't until the 15th of next month and also a box that said they had a technical issue.  So I called back, got another overseas rep and she could see the account was current and removed the billing hold on the account.

Meanwhile, in the eBay boardroom...

Tech issues???  What tech issues??? There are NO tech issues!!!

There was a 90 minute hold time 2 days ago so I waited for a callback. They claimed to be unaware of the problems. Lololol

Most likely someone at Ebay clicked on a ransomware pop up and they have lost control of their site. These changes and problems are most likely hackers in India trying to change Ebays payment system so that it holds customer bank info. Ebay most likely cant respond or stop it as their system is being held via ransomware. Other wise the truth that Ebay is making bad business decisions and implementing bad changes with out testing would mean their management is just incompetent

I am also having issues with trying to access ebay listings .I was told to change the browser to google chrome .I use a kindle fire device 8.9   4th generation   I am am having issues trying to now install because.   .
