Technical Issue Paypal Payment

Because it is still an issue I open a new thread for this since the original one got killed by a mod.

Got the exactly same problem. No payment possible - paypal window processes for some time then it pops back to ebay without any more information and no payment done.

Credit, password etc. are right fore sure. Payment on any other website works, just not on ebay.

Very annoying issue by the way. Any solution would be appriciated.

Here is a summary of workarounds others have suggested in the past for similar paypal checkout problems.

Try checking out using the app.

Try signing in to paypal in another browser tab, and then checking out.

Try checking out using ebay.ca or ebay.co.uk instead.

Try using Internet Explorer to check out (if you have Edge, there is an option to open a page in IE in the three dot menu).

If you are using 2-Factor Authentication in paypal, try temporarily disabling it.

If possible, try another (non-paypal) payment method.

Use PayPal's One Touch feature. I am the only one with access to my physical computer, so I use One Touch so I never have to log into PayPal to make a purchase. I never see a spinning anything when I buy something on eBay. I don't even see PayPal's site at all.
