Many app users are familiar with the long-existing feature "shake to report" which is exactly how it sounds. Physically shake your mobile device while the app is open and it will pull up a screen where you can file a tech report or submit feedback.
eBay launched a feature somewhat recently where technical issues can now be reported through the website just as easily. On most eBay pages you'll see a question mark icon on the lower right side of the page. Click that and follow the prompts.
