I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem I am, but I'm not able to list photos. Safari is my browser, & I have a Mac. It first started last Monday. Is anyone else having this problem? I knew it wasn't my computer (even though eBay kept saying it was), so I spent 2 hours on the phone with Apple just to verify it wasn't my computer. I call eBay every day. After a few days, they finally admitted that the problem was with eBay. That's great, but it doesn't solve the problem. It's impossible to talk to anyone in IT. Personally, I don't think they know how to solve their problem. It's very difficult to explain some problems to someone else when they have to explain it to a 3rd party. I know I'm not the only person using Safari even though you'd think so. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd be thrilled to hear it. We have all tried everything. I hope someone can help. Thanks for listening! Dottie

What happens when you try...........just get the unending circle thing?

No, I don't get the circle thing; & there's not an error message. It's really hard to explain. When I click on Add Photos, it goes to the large box that it usually does. The rather narrow column on the left is also the same. If I click on Photos in the vertical column, that where it goes to pot. I wish I could send you a photo, but brings up the problem again. The larger box where the downloaded photos appear, is empty. I hope I'm making sense, but it's very difficult. I probably should add that I am not at all computer techy. I can do a listing if nothing goes haywire, so this is sending me into an utter panic. I'm sorry I'm not more helpful. I did a screen share with Apple, so I'm positive I was doing things correctly. eBay's big answer is to switch to Google. I told them it wasn't happening. For a person who doesn't really know about computers, I feel very safe. I don't really trust Google (sorry all you Google users!). I did give in & try Firefox. I'm at a total loss.

Do you have any popup blockers on your browser that might be causing the issue?
I know that you said that you use Safari, but have you tried to do this in Chrome or FireFox (or any other browser)? Sometimes one browser can be buggy, or you have extensions on it that you forgot about, which are interfering with things working correctly. Sometimes they update the browser and it breaks things.
Alternatively, have you tried to create a listing with photos on the eBay app on another device, such as a smartphone or a tablet?
