CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL EBAY HOW BADLY THEIR NEW APP SUCKS! THE "BEST" OR "OLDEST" ONLINE SHOPPING PLATFORM DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A DEDICATED CUSTOMER SERVICE OR FEEDBACK LINK OR SERVICE ON THEIR PAGE OR APP! YOU PEOPLE JUST SEEM TO MESS THINGS UP EVERY TIME YOU MAKE UPDATES!

YOU PEOPLE AT EBAY SHOULD GET AGEAD YOURSELVES ON RELATING WITH CUSTOMERS/BUYERS! TO IMAGINE I'M THE ONLY ONE AMONG MY FRIENDS WHO STILL SHOPS ON EBAY...

Sometimes the ebay on my Ipad will not work after an update from Apple.  I just delete the app and I reinstall.  I will tell you that on my oldest ipad, the ebay app will no longer work at all since that particular ipad is very old.  So if you can't get it to work after deleting or reinstallig , it could be your device is outdated.
