Subscriber Discount Page NOT WORKING

The Subscriber Discount Page does not work.  When you click on the link you're redirected to the eBay sign-on page to enter your user name/password, even though you're already logged on, and then it won't accept your password.  

The comedy of errors never ends on eBay.  Everyday, I wonder, "What's next?"

What browser are you using? It might be worth trying another as a test -- preferably one you do not normally use, one without any extensions or add-ons.

If you are using Firefox, try disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection on eBay using the shield icon to the left of the page address.

Disabling ad blockers, pop-up blockers, script blockers or other privacy tools on the sign-in or verification page can also help; many of those have settings that can interfere with verification. You may be able to turn them back on once you have signed in and updated your eBay cookies.

If you are able to sign in using a private or incognito browser window, that might indicate a problem with a corrupt or blocked cookie. Try erasing just your eBay cookies manually in that case.

If you are routinely clearing all your cookies or using a cleaner program that does so, you will likely have to go through verification again each time you sign in.

Same problem here. Also get the same issue when I try the "Edit Store" link. Have tried using different browsers and different computers but get same result.

Same here, cleared cookies, switched browsers, changed computer nothing works.

Their site status page says everything is working but it's not, I send a message thru Facebook to see if they could get some help with it.

Ebay has responded they are aware of the issue and are working on it.

                       I am now able to log into the subscriber Discount Page.
