Stuck Notification Popup - Counter Offer Accepted on website WILL NOT GO AWAY!

I have a corrupt data issue it feels like? Last night I got a slide out popup on the RHS of the seller interface letting me know a buyer had accepted a counter offer. Fine, I dismiss the popup by clicking the x and move on with my seller tasks. And then it re-appeared, multiple times and I don't have to refresh the page. It just keeps sliding in from the right hand side. I cleared all notifications, still getting the alert. I shipped the item, still getting the alert.

Please, please make this notification window go away! It just keeps popping up. I refresh the page and it reappears.  I dismiss it, it comes back. All day long. Happens on three computers, Macs and Windows. Happens in different browsers. Clearing cache doesn't help. Inprivate window doesn't help.

One other detail - My "send an offer" popup in the browser looks different now. Feels like I was swapped to a new code base at the same time the offer was accepted and *boom* I am now in popup hell.

I have the same issue happening today.  Made a counteroffer to buyer last night and all morning / afternoon the "bell" popup message area keeps showing a notice then one of the little slide from the right popups shows up.  logged out, cleared cache, shipped item, moved message from deleted back to inbox, clicked thru message, etc.  still happening.

Same issue here too. Has been going on for 5 days now. Every few seconds it pops up and won't go away!

Same thing. I also have shipped the item, and tried a few options to try and make it go away.
I almost wish I hadn't made the sale, lol.
Usually these go away, this has popped up 1000's of times now.

You may be able to use an ad blocker's element hiding tool to temporarily block all notification popups on eBay, if you are using a desktop browser.

Most desktop ad blockers have a point and click interface to allow users to block certain page elements from displaying. With a little trial and error you may be able to block those notifications completely in one browser, then disable that ad blocking rule once eBay fixes things.

I am having the exact same issue!  Made a counter offer to a buyer, they accepted, I got an alert, and then another alert, and another, and another, and another...

I'm with one of the previous users who says they must have seen that same pop-up thousands of times.  I'm trying to list new items and I keep getting that annoying popup, distracting me every few seconds.  I really hope they get this sorted out soon 😕

I'm on the other end of the problem. I am the seller and have now accepted counter offers from two different buyers, however the notification that "I have received a counter offer" is still there for both items even though I accepted both. Neither buyer has paid either, which is rare for my store. I'm wondering if the buyers are even seeing that I have accepted their offer since this whole thing seems to be messed up?

Sadly, it's on eBay's end.

They know about it, but it's widespread. Possibly, *they're* not sure how to fix it. At this point, the code base is so crufty, I'm fairly sure that some of it is written in Ancient Sumerian.

I'm joining the club!! Same problem... pop-up appeared letting me know a buyer accepted my offer.  Now the pop-up window keeps reappearing again and again.  It's very annoying!  Hope it is fixed soon!

Same thing happening to me. Started about 5 or 6 days ago. Very frusturating. Called their help desk and they said it would be fixed in 24 hours. That was 3 days ago. Maybe we should all call and maybe we can get someones attention.
