Store issues

I cannot see or get into my store no matter how many times or ways I answer the survey that pops up. Neither can any of my subscribers. Is anyone else having this problem since eBay did an update on the stores?

If you are getting stuck with a survey page you cannot get past, try using another browser such as Firefox. That may allow you to get past a popup that cannot be closed in other browsers. Once dismissed, you should be able to go back to your original browser.

When I click on the link you posted the survey is there, and even though I answer the questions it won’t let me see my store. 
so frustrating. I will try another browser.

Tried a different browser to look at my store, same issue. Says I have nothing listed in my store but when I go to just eBay all 450 items are there. Cannot figure it out.

Wonder why I can’t? It says I have no items for sale, but I have 450!

It shows you are away until November 4th.

Did you hide your listings?

Well I guess I did! But I sure didn’t mean to! That fixed the problem. Thanks
