It looks like this issue has been shared by many over the years and it ends up being a recurring bug that Ebay fixes. I am having the same issues as others have been having, select and upload properly sized png and literally nothing happens, so I wait and wait thinking maybe it takes minutes or hours to upload. Nope. So I used Imgur to upload as a URL, it just shows a broken link in the logo preview.
If someone would help me I would really appreciate it...pretty please with sugar on top. 😊

I see one in your store... did you fix it or are you wanting to replace? When I did mine it was a jpg file not png.

Hmmm....from my Manage Store left column of choices, the words "display settings" are not even there any longer. There have been several changes to stores over the last year or so, and your screen shot is what mine used to look like, but no longer. From my manage store screen, I can click edit store, but the only choices that come up are the ones to actually change something in the store itself, not invoices or communications with buyers. You probably already know this or have tried it, but can you get to this same area by going to Site Preferences? From Seller Hub, click Site Preferences, then under the Selling tab, click Manage Communications with buyers. That's where you'd set up invoices and emails I think.
My hunch is that when changes rolled out for stores recently, this may have been overlooked and has not been dealt with yet. It may have to do with store level possibly. I was assuming you have a premium store and are on MP, but that's not necessarily true. Hope you can get some help with this.
