Ebay has a Shipping Glitch, They automatically combine shipping. Yes of you have multiples of a Item in large boxes and someone buys multiple They add the weights together in one box. I have called them 3 times about this and was told ship them and they would reimberce me. Its happened three times with no Pay back. Today I asked for a superviser Joshua. He told me they will not reimberce me. I am out over $200. I am a top rated seller with 100% P Feedback,and have been a member for over 7 years. I have other Issues with Ebay, But this Takes the Cake. Out & Out Lies Plus they are nearly getting Half my Money. Over 1,500 for the month already. I am looking for  a new home.

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience @jeffcollectiques. We don't automatically turn on combined shipping options though, so you'll want to go here and here to learn more. While these help pages provide info about combining shipments and how to set that up, you can use the steps provided to turn it off again if you don't want to offer combined shipments to buyers after all. I hope that helps and that you'll decide to continue selling on eBay!

That was Done, It did not help.  Ebay flat lied the conversations are recorded. they told me it is a glitch and rhey would reimberce me the costs if i went ahead with shipment. They told Me No Worrys, what a Joke. All about the Money, I am Sick with Anger.

I talked to Superviser Joshua, He told me,It did'nt matter what the Others said, He would inform them of their error, but Ebay would not pay the shipping they had Promised. He said they were Misinformed. (But he is the superviser??? ).  They make more tha this a week off me. Its not the Money, It's the Betrayl. Jeff
