Store Categories Under Store's Left Pane have Disappeared and Merged under "Other"

When customers click to view all my items under my store they have lost the ability to filter by store categories and subcategories.  Customers can not filter by size, color  brand etc. All item in my store have been merged onto the category "other" without the ability to filter.  First identified this issue around 8/9/2024.

Can you post a screenshot @aewardrobe . From what I can see your categories are working fine - although you are using eBay's categories, not your own custom store categories.

Issue has been resolved by customer service
